The City of Bradford Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2025 at 5:00PM in the City Council Chambers, 24 Kennedy St., Bradford, PA.

First Hearing-The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for reduction of exterior side yard setback requirements for construction of a 15’ wide x 25’ deep garage in rear yard of property.
