LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Bradford will receive sealed bids for the sale of one (1) used 2008 GMC Sierra pickup truck, which has been retired from service. The City reserves the right to refuse all bids. This vehicle will be sold on an as-is basis and can be viewed at the City of Bradford OECD Office 20 Russell Boulevard between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M., Monday through Friday or by calling 814-368-7170 ext. 1 for an appointment.

Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope which is clearly marked “Bid for Purchase of 2008 GMC Sierra Pickup Truck”. All proposals must be received in the City

Administrators Office, 24 Kennedy Street, Bradford, PA 16701 by 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 for opening that evening at the 6:00 P.M. City Council meeting.
