LEGAL NOTICE

The Bradford City Water Authority intends to construct improvements to its water treatment plant. The improvements include the conversion to upflow adsorption clarifiers, a new raw water pumping station, expansion of the clearwell, installation of a sodium permanganate feed system and improvements to the facility’s waste stream handling processes. The project is located in the Township of Bradford. It is anticipated that this project will have an impact on the current water rates. Supporting documentation can be reviewed at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, PA 16701. Written comments will be received at the Bradford City Water Authority. This project is being considered for a Categorical Exclusion from environmental review

requirements.
