LEGAL NOTICE

The assessment rolls for McKean County have been completed and shall be open for public inspection from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the office of the County Commissioners, Courthouse, Smethport, Pennsylvania, during each business day to and including September 1, 2025. Any person desiring to appeal from any assessment shall file a statement in writing of intention to appeal, designating the assessment appealed from the Board of Assessment Appeals on or before September 1, 2025.
