Northern Tier Community Action Corporation is seeking:

-Weatherization & General Contractors -Electricians -HVAC contractors

A pre-bid meeting for Weatherization & General

Contractors will be held at Northern Tier Community Action Corporation, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 9:00 AM to review policies and procedures.

A pre-bid meeting for Electricians & HVAC Contractors will be held at Northern Tier Community Action Corporation on Wednesday,

October 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM to review policies and procedures.

All applications and bids must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday,

Northern Tier Community Action Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all applications and bids. This program is funded by the Department of Community &

Economic Development and is for residential dwellings. In addition, NTCAC Weatherization Program has contracts with West Penn Power,

Penelec, National Fuel and UGI.
