LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received by the: Hebron Township of Potter County at 786 Baker Creek Road, Coudersport, PA 16915 until 2:30 pm on July 3, 2025, for the following:

1. 2000 Ton 2A Limestone

Liquidated Damages Apply. A 10% Penalty may apply if delivery is not made withing 72 hours of phoned order. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality.

The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality.

The Municipality will reward the bids on a line item basis.

The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

The Municipality reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities.
