LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received by the Eldred Township of McKean Count y, PA at 1834 West Eldred Road, Eldred, PA 16731 until 4:00 PM on October 13, 2025 for the following:

APPROX.: 800 Ton Type 6S, 4 to 1 ratio sand-salt mix to be delivered as needed to the Township Building.

APPROX.: 400 Ton 1A Gravel to be delivered as needed to the Township Building.

Bids will be opened at 4:00 PM October 13, 2025. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
