Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality.

The bid must be accompanied by certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the biud, made payable to the Municipality.

The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wages Rates will apply to this project.
