LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be accepted by ANNIN TOWNSHIP, MCKEAN COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA at 67 RAILROAD AVENUE, TURTLEPOINT, PA 16750 until 4:00 PM on Monday September 14, 2026 for the following:

200 Ton – Salt/Sand Mix

(4-1) (mix with AS2 Anti-Skid)

300 Ton –

AS2 Antiskid

All quantities are more or less. All aggregate bids are to be F.O.B. and/or delivered to the township shed upon request. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of Annin Township Board of Supervisors on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid and made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
