MATERIAL BIDS

The Township of Foster Board of Supervisors are requesting bids to purchase the following materials:

Type AS2 or AS4 Anti-Skid

1B Washed Stone

R4 Rip Rap

Limestone

#8 Washed

Limestone

CRS-2P

Specifications, bidding forms and all necessary information may be obtained at the officeof the Township Secretary. All bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the Township and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to “Township of Foster”.

Sealed bids will be received by the Township Secretary until 10:30am on April 6, 2026.

All bids should be clearly marked on the outside envelope “Road Material Bid Opening 4/6/26”. No faxed bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened on April 6, 2026 at 10:30am, in the Municipal Building, 1185 East Main Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania.

The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Township.
