Proposal

The City of Bradford, PA, a Third-Class City in Northwestern PA operating under the Commission form of government, is requesting proposals for INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLANS FOR POLICE, FIRE, AND NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEE PLANS. The City of Bradford is looking for qualified firms to provide professional investment management services for its three defined

pension plans. The Firm will be contracted by the City of Bradford. Complete proposal requirements are available on the City’s website under “job openings” under the “employment opportunities” page at www.bradfordpa.org. The proposal can be submitted by PDF to e.taylor@bradfordpa.com or must be received by the City of Bradford no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, September 15th, 2025, and proposals must be submitted to Attn: Eric Taylor, 24 Kennedy Street-Bradford, PA 16701. All proposals must be marked “Proposal for Investment Management Services – Defined Pension Plans ” and must also state the name of the proposer.
