Proposal

The City of Bradford, PA, a Third-Class City in Northwestern PA operating under the Commission form of government, is requesting proposals for ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR REMODELING THE FORMER NORTHWEST SAVINGS BANK BUILDING INTO THE CITY OF BRADFORD POLICE STATION.

The project aims to provide modern, efficient facilities for the police Department, enhancing operational capabilities while meeting all the necessary standards for police facilities. The Firm will be contracted by the City of Bradford. Complete proposal requirements are available on the City’s “job openings” under the “employment opportunities” page at www.bradfordpa.org . The proposal must be received by the City of Bradford no later than 3:00 PM, Tuesday, June 24th, 2025, and proposals must be submitted to Attn: Tina Hallock-Bradford City Hall, 24 Kennedy Street-Bradford, PA 16701. All proposals must be marked “Proposal for City of Bradford – New Police Station ” and must also state the name of the proposer.
