Request for Bid (RFB #2026-01-TEC)
The Bradford Area School District is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a modern, IP-based Public Address (PA), Clock, Bell, and Emergency Notification system at Bradford Area High School in Bradford, Pennsylvania (Grades 9–12).
The scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of the existing PA system, installation of structured cabling, and deployment of the new system. All proposals must comply with the specifications and requirements outlined in the Bid Packet to be considered a qualified submission.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: January 19, 2026(see Bid Packet for details).
Bid Submission Deadline: February 11, 2026, at 12:00PM.
