PUBLIC NOTICE the Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Wed., May 7, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Township building to consider the application from DT Rents, LLC for a variance requesting a Change of Use for the property located at 1111 South Ave.; the applicant is requesting to change the property to a Commercial Property for a maintenance shop and storage units.

Anyone wishing to testify or speak at the hearing must notify the Township Secretary prior to the hearing.
