Public Hearing Notice for the

creation of an

Agricultural

Security Area

In accordance with the provisions of the "Agricultural Area Security Law" Act of June 30, 1981, P.L. 128, No. 43, (3 P.S. §§901-915) and all revisions to this statute, through Act 14 of 2001(the "Act"), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Norwich Township Board of Supervisors on the 2nd day of June 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Norwich Township Building, 3583 West Valley Road, Smethport, PA 16749.

The purpose of the Hearing is to review the creation of an Agricultural Security Area involving nine parcels and 1,439.10 acres. A copy of the entire public notice and specific parcels is posted at the Norwich Township Building.
