Pre-canvass will begin at 7:00 a.m. on November 4, 2025. It will be held in the

Commissioner’s meeting room at the McKean County Courthouse located at 500 W. Main St. Smethport. Computation and canvass of the official returns for the November 4, 2025 General Election will begin at 9:00 a.m. on November 7, 2025. It will be held in the Commissioner’s meeting room at the McKean County Courthouse located at 500 W. Main St. Smethport. Computation and canvass of any military or overseas civilian absentee ballots received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the seventh day following the General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the McKean County Courthouse, Commissioners’ meeting room.
