LEGAL NOTICE

Oswayo Township, Potter County, PA is now accepting 2026 – 2027 Sealed Gravel Bids. Bids will be accepted until 5:30PM on April 8th, 2026. Bids can be mailed to 2244 Eleven Mile Rd, Shinglehouse, PA 16748. All Gravel Bids need to include prices for Delivery to Stockpile, Delivery to Various Roads, and Graded in place.

All Gravel Bids need to be for PennDot approved material only.

Oswayo Township reserves the right to reject bids.

Bids will be opened and awarded line-by-line on April 8, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Oswayo Township Office Building. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. Please contact the township office for proposal forms. Phone 814-203-7818 or by email oswayotwp@frontiernet.net.
