CANDIDATE CASTING OF LOTS

Candidates who received tie write-in votes for any winning seat in the General Municipal Election held November 4, 2025, where more than one person has the same number of winning votes for said position, said candidates are hereby notified to appear to draw lots for the position of your name with the first lot to be declared elected as allowed by the Act of 1937. Casting of lots will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in the Elections Office, McKean County Courthouse, 500 W Main St, Smethport. If you do not

appear in person or by proxy, lots will be cast for you.
