LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance No. 120, Proposing the Data Center Ordinance for the Township of Keating, McKean County, Pennsylvania, shall be considered for adoption at a duly convened meeting to be held at the Keating Township Building on June 10th 2026, at 6:00 P.M. prevailing time by the Board of Supervisors of Keating Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania. A brief summary of the proposed Ordinance is as followed: The purpose of this Ordinance is to establish reasonable, objective, and predictable standards for the construction, operation, modification, and decommissioning of Data Centers and High-Impact Technology Facilities within Keating Township .
