Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance No. 119, Proposing AN ORDINANCE OF KEATING TOWNSHIP ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING REQUIREMENT FOR LARGE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION AND REVIEW OF CERTAIN PERMIT APPLICATIONS; PROVIDING FOR TRANSPARENCY AND PUBLIC AWARENESS OF MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR NOTICE TO NEARBY PROPERTY OWNERS; AND PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE… Ordinance for the Township of Keating, McKean County, Pennsylvania, shall be considered for adoption at a duly convened meeting to be held at the Keating Township Building on April 8th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time by the Board of Supervisors of Keating Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania.
