Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance shall be considered for adoption at a duly convened meeting to be held at the Annin Township Building on October 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time by the Board of Supervisors of Annin Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania. The title of the Ordinance and a brief summary thereof are as follows:

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DESIGNATION OF ANNIN TOWNSHIP ROADS AS ROADS TO BE SHARED BY ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATV) AND VEHICLAR TRAFFIC

A copy of the foregoing proposed Ordinance may be examined at the office of the Township located at 67 Railroad Avenue, Turtlepoint, PA 16750 during normal business hours.
