Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance shall be considered for adoption at a duly convened meeting to be held at the Annin Township Building on October 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time by the Board of Supervisors of Annin Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania. The title of the Ordinance and a brief summary thereof are as follows:

AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PERSONS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT OF A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM
