Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance shall be considered for adoption at a duly convened meeting to be held at the Keating Township Building on July 10th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time by the Board of Supervisors of Keating Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania. The title of the Ordinance and a brief summary thereof are as follows:

AMENDMENT)

AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PERSONS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT OF A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH PERMITS; SETTING FORTH CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AREAS OF THE

TOWNSHIP OF KEATING; AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL, OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH, THE REQUIREMENTS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
