LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Lafayette will consider for adoption an ordinance of the Township of Lafayette, requiring all persons to obtain a permit for any existing or new privy installation; providing for the issuance of such permits; setting forth certain minimum requirements for the use of privies as a means of sewage disposal; and establishing penalties for any persons who fail or refuse to comply with the requirements or provisions of the ordinance.

This ordinance will be considered at the Board of Supervisors regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Township Municipal Building.
