LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of June, 2026, Amy Elizabeth Ihnatenko filed a Petition for Change of Name on behalf of herself, with the Court of Common Pleas of Potter County, Pennsylvania, to change her name to Amy Elizabeth Copple. A hearing on said Petition is scheduled for the 27th day of August, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in the Courtroom of Potter County, Coudersport, Pennsylvania. (This replaces the previously-scheduled July 30, 2026 and August 4, 2026 Hearings.) Any person or entity which has a lawful objection to the proposed change of name may appear at the hearing and show just cause why the Petition should not be granted.
