LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 14, 2026 at the Liberty Township Building, McKean County, Pennsylvania, the Supervisors of the Township of Liberty, McKean County, Pennsylvania, will enact an ordinance regarding the regulating of the siting, construction and operating of Data Center Facilities.

A copy of the full text of the ordinance as enacted may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Secretary of Liberty Township at Port Allegany, McKean County, Pennsylvania, on Thursday or Friday between the hours of 8 A.M. and 3 P.M., prevailing time.
