LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 12, 2026 at the Liberty Township Building, McKean County, Pennsylvania, the officers of the Township of Liberty, McKean County, Pennsylvania, will enact an ordinance regarding fixing the tax rate for the fiscal year of 2026. The tax is hereby levied on all property within the said township subject to taxation as follows:

For General Purposes – 2.06 mills

For Fire Company Assistance – 1.0 mills

For Ambulance Assistance – 1.0 mills

A copy of the full text of the ordinance as enacted may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Secretary of Liberty Township at Port Allegany, McKean County, Pennsylvania, on Thursday or Friday between the hours of 8 A.M. and 3 P.M., prevailing time.
