NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on 7/25/2025, for the purpose of incorporating a nonprofit corporation under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.

The name of the corporation is: Legendary Athletics All Star Cheerleading

The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to operate a nonprofit youth athletic program that provides competitive cheerleading training, leadership development, and community engagement opportunities, with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and personal growth. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The corporation does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise. It is organized on a nonstock basis.
