NOTICE IS HERBY given that the Hamlin Township Board of Supervisors, McKean County, Pennsylvania at its regular meeting on December 8th, 2025, at 7:00 pm, will act upon an Ordinance (of which this notice is a summary).

AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 30, SPECIFICALLY, SCHEDULE A, OF HAMLIN TOWNSHIP PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN SEWER RATE CHARGES TO $60.00 FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO PREMISES IN THE HAZEL HURST AND $65.00 FOR SERVICES RENDERED IN THE LANTZ CORNERS SEWER SERVICE AREA.

A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Hamlin Township Municipality Building, 22 Park Road, Hazel Hurst, Pennsylvania on any business day between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00pm.
