LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is given that the Proposed Final General Fund Budget of THE SMETHPORT AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT for the 2026-27 fiscal year in its most recent form is available for public inspection on the District website (www.smethportschools.com), and is expected to be presented for adoption as a Final Budget at the Smethport Area School District Board meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026 in the Smethport Area High School Library. If an individual is unable to access the Proposed Final Budget on the District website, a printed copy may be obtained by contacting Jeffrey Wagner, Business Manager at jwagner@smethportschools.com or by calling the District Office at 814-887-5543 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
