LEGAL NOTICE KEATING TOWNSHIP

Sealed proposals will be received by Keating Township, 2nd Class Twp, McKean County, 7160 Route 46 Smethport PA 16749 (Phone: 814-887-9921) until 3:00 pm on October 2nd, 2025, for the Sole provider of Solid Waste Collection for Keating Township Residences. Agreement will be from Jan 1st, 2026, to Dec 31st, 2029.

Terms and Description of work are in Bid Proposals package. Bid Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals will be opened at the Township Meeting on October 2nd, 2025 at 6 pm in the Keating Township Building.
