The HARB Board will hold a special meeting to consider the application of Joe Fromback in reference to property address, 21 Pine St. This meeting will address the removal of deteriorating mural material and the placement of a new mural at this location. Per HARB Guidelines, any meeting outside the 3rd Monday of Every Month must be posted with a Legal Ad. This notice is will serve as legal notice.
