A Partnership in Housing, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “APIH) is soliciting a sealed bid from qualified vendors, contractors/companies (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder or Firm, or Contractor”) to establish contract(s) with qualified Contractors for Replacement of the roof, deck and driveway. The contract(s) will be non-exclusive and will be for a period of sixty (60) days from notice to proceed, unless unusual weather prevents compliance. It is APIH’s intention to establish a listing of eligible contractors to provide replacement of roof, deck and driveway at 91 Boylston Street, Bradford, pursuant to agreed upon pricing, provided the contractors responding to this IFB demonstrate all necessary requirements as outlined in the proposal. Late bids will not be accepted or opened.

Bidders are required to submit sealed bids. The bidder’s bid should be prepared simply and economically and should provide all information it considers pertinent to its qualification for Invitation for Bids Qualifications contained herein. Emphasis should be placed on completeness of services offered and clarity of content.

The bid must be received no later that 3:00 PM on Friday, September 12th, 2025. All sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to the following mailing address:

This Invitation for Bids contains submission requirements, scope of services, period of services, terms and conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a proper and responsive bid. Prospective Bidders desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must request it, in writing, by the deadline identified in the IFB (see IFB INFORMATION AT A GLANCE).

Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions received prior to the opening will be held in confidence until the opening. After evaluation of the responses, the Contract will be awarded to the most responsible/ responsive Bidder(s) representing the “Best Value” to APIH. APIH reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
