North Central Pennsylvania CEDS 2026-2030

The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission has prepared a draft Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter Counties.

The draft CEDS is available for public review and comment for thirty (30) days, from April 13, 2026, through May 13, 2026.

The draft document is available for review at the following locations:
