By virtue of the within Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of McKean County, Pennsylvania, No. 742 C.D. 2025 And to me directed, I will expose to Public Sale at the Sheriff’s Office, Smethport, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, May 13, A.D. 2026 at 10:00 a.m., E.D.S.T.:

SEIZED AND TAKEN IN EXECUTION and will be sold as the property of The Unknown Heirs of Alex C. Freeman, deceased at the suit of Rocket Mortgage, LLC, f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, f/k/a Quicken Loans, Inc.

Notice is given to all parties in interest and claimants that all claims to the property must be filed with the Sheriff before the sale and claims to the proceeds from the sale before distribution. A Sheriff’s Schedule of Distribution will be filed in the Sheriff’s Office on May 13, 2026 and distribution of the sales proceeds will be made in accordance with the schedule unless exceptions are filed within ten days.
