By virtue of the within Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of McKean County, Pennsylvania, No. 429 C.D. 2025 And to me directed, I will expose to Public Sale at the Sheriff’s Office, Smethport, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, December 3, A.D. 2025 at 10:15 a.m., E.S.T.:
AND ASSIGNS, ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE CITY OF BRADFORD, COUNTY OF MCKEAN AND COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

SEIZED AND TAKEN IN EXECUTION and will be sold as the property of Lori J. Ross at the suit of U.S. Bank, N.A. as Trustee for SASCO Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-WF2
Notice is given to all parties in interest and claimants that all claims to the property must be filed with the Sheriff before the sale and claims to the proceeds from the sale before distribution. A Sheriff’s Schedule of Distribution will be filed in the Sheriff’s Office on December 3, 2025 and distribution of the sales proceeds will be made in accordance with the schedule unless exceptions are filed within ten days.
