LEGAL NOTICE

Bradford Township will be accepting sealed bids for the following material until 3:00 p.m. on December 8, 2025; Bids will be opened and awarded during the meeting being held at 7:00pm.

800 TONS Anti-Skid Type AS1 – 2025-2026 Season Delivered

All quantities more or less; all materialshall be delivered to the Township at 136 Hemlock Street; Material must be from a PA DOT approved source as listed on PA DOT Publication #34.

Bidder must provide source certification within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice of award.

Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township.

All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Bradford Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award the bid based on the best interest to the Township.
