Sealed proposals will be accepted by Bradford Township, McKean County at 136 Hemlock Street, Bradford, PA 16701 until 3:00pm on August 25, 2025 for the following paving project for T605 Gates Hollow – .51 mile

180 LF – Milling of Bituminous

5400 SY – Milling of Bituminous pavement

972 tons – WMA Binder course 19.0mm mix (50 Gyrations)

486 tons – WMA Waring course 9.5mm mix level (50 Gyrations)

Bids will be opened on 8/25/2025 during the WS/General Business meeting at 5:30 p.m. bids must be on forms from the Township; bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Bradford Township.

Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project.
