Bid Notice

Bradford Township, McKean County will be accepting sealed bids for 2026-2027 road materials; bids will be accepted until 4:00pm on 4/13/26; bids will be opened & awarded during the regular meeting being held at 7:00 p.m.

1) 200 TONS #2RC Gravel

Delivered

2) 40 TONS R-4 Limestone

Delivered

3) 200 TONS

Asphalt Top 9.mm FOB

4) 1500 TONS

Asphalt Base 19mm FOB

All quantities more or less, all materials, unless otherwise specified shall be delivered to various

locations; All materials must be from a PA DOT approved source as listed on PA DOT Publication#34.

Bidder must provide source certification within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice of award.

Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Bradford Township.

The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award the bid based on the

best interest to the Township.
