Proposals for a County Housing Study

Belmont, N.Y. – Notice is hereby given that Allegany County invites sealed proposals from qualified firms for the performance of a contract to be let by the county for completion of a county-wide housing market assessment and study. Submit sealed proposals to H. Kier Dirlam, Planning Director, Crossroads Center 6087 State Route 19N, Belmont, NY 14813 by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025. This community planning project is funded by a NYS Office of Community Renewal CDBG grant and M/WBE and Section 3 Firms are encouraged to apply.
