Separate and sealed proposals will be received by the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701 until 2:00 PM prevailing time, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, for Water Treatment Chemicals. No deposit

required.

The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Water Authority Office, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, PA 16701.
