BRADFORD CITY WATER AUTHORITY

TIMBER SALE NOTICE

The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 325,130 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 161 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, West Branch Timber Sale. Sawtimber volume by species is: Black Cherry 60 percent; Soft Maple 31 percent; Tulip Poplar 5 percent; and Hard Maple 4 percent. Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
