TIMBER SALE NOTICE
The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 865,660 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 579 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Lafayette Timber Sale. Sawtimber volume by species is: Black Cherry 39 percent; Soft Maple 24 percent; Tulip Poplar 23 percent; Hard Maple 12 percent; and Miscellaneous 2 percent. Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.
Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701.
A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
