INVITATION TO BID

The Kill Buck Fire Commission is inviting submission of sealed bids for the purchase of surplus fire equipment. Bidders must submit bids in a sealed envelope by mail or hand delivery. Bid enclosed must be printed on the face of the sealed envelope. The name address and phone number of the bidder should be included with the bid. Bids will start at $8,000. Vehicle can be seen at the Kill Buck Fire Hall 3790 Kill Buck Road, Kill Buck, NY 14748.

Apparatus for bid: 1993 Chevrolet 8 cylinder, 4×4, 1 ton dually utility truck with 12,500 miles Date of bid opening: August 13, 2025

Time of opening: 6 PM

gmail.com. The equipment is being offered for sale in “As-Is” condition and the commission makes no warranty or guarantee on the condition of the equipment. The successful bidder must be prepared to submit payment in full by cash or certified check and is responsible for transporting the vehicle from its location at Kill Buck Fire hall. Prospective bidders may schedule an inspection of the vehicle and should submit any questions by August 6, 2025.
