On October 5, 2024, I, Charles L. Fralich, of 22 Thomas Road, Bradford, Pennsylvania purchased said vehicle from you. However, I have discovered that I never received title to said truck from you or anyone else in Pennsylvania or New York State. I cannot drive said truck without a valid title. Therefore, I have petitioned the McKean County Court of Common Pleas at the McKean County Courthouse, 500 West Main Street, Pennsylvania to hear my motion and complaint to obtain a valid title to said truck, which hearing said Court has scheduled for September 23 2025 at 11:00 am. I have been instructed to inform you that you have a right to attend said hearing and to protest my requested relief.
