The Area Transportation Authority of North Central PA is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Human Resource Manager at its regional office located at 44 Transportation Center, Johnsonburg, PA.

The HR Manager will work with management staff in performance, hiring, benefits, compensation, and communication with employees. The HR Manager will be the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager and will be responsible for the Authority’s payroll process.

Candidates should have a minimum associate’s degree in human resource management or a closely related field, and four (4) years of relevant experience.
