The Complaint filed in the Court of Common Pleas of McKean County Pennsylvania at Docket No. 614 CD 2025 alleges that Patricia Miller is indebted to the Plaintiff, Hamlin Bank & Trust Company, as a result of non-payment of a mortgage on the real estate located at 14 King Road, Mt. Jewett, Pennsylvania 16740 situate in the Village of Clermont, Township of Seargent, County of McKean, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that Michael Miller is closest living relative of Patricia Miller, deceased.
The Court has ordered that Notice of this action may be given by publication so that the claims of the Plaintiff may be adjudicated. The Complaint requests the Court to enter judgment against Michael Miller, solely in his capacity as heir of the Estate of Patricia Miller, in the amount of $34,348.89 plus interest thereon until paid in full plus the costs of this action.
