Job Description:

Seneca Highlands Career and Technical Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Building Construction Occupations Instructor. The successful candidate will provide instruction to high school students in areas such as residential and commercial construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, interior/exterior finishing, blueprint reading, safety, and use of hand/power tools.

-Minimum of four (4) years documented work experience in the building construction field within the past 10 years.

-Strong knowledge of industry tools, materials, methods, and safety practices.

-Ability to manage a lab/shop environment and supervise student projects.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

New clearances upon hire and Pre-employment drug testing will be required for successful employment. EOE
