FROM: Government Study Commission, City of Bradford

The City of Bradford Government Study Commission on Home Rule, elected by Bradford City voters in November 2025, is seeking input from City residents in the form of a questionnaire that has been developed. It would be helpful to have as many City residents as possible complete and submit this questionnaire to assist the Commission in its work as it develops a Home Rule charter to be put before the City voters in May 2027.

The questionnaire has only 10 questions plus an optional section for comments, and it takes less than 10 minutes to complete. It can be accessed online at kafferlinstrategies.com/BradfordGSC and submitted electronically. Paper copies of the questionnaire may be obtained at City Hall and returned to City Hall upon completion. Questionnaires are to be completed by residents of the City of Bradford only, and they must be submitted by Monday, August 31.

In addition to the questionnaire, City residents are invited to attend Public Meetings that will be held at the Bradford Senior Center at 6 pm on Thursday, August 13 and again at 6 pm on Thursday, October 15
