Notice

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of July, 2026, the Petition for Change of Name the minor Eliott James Wilson was filed in the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas of McKean County, Pennsylvania, at No. 451 of 2026, CD, praying for a decree to change the name of Eliott James Wilson to Eliott James Keyes. The Court has fixed the 4th day of September, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the McKean County Courthouse, Smethport, Pennsylvania, as the time and place for the hearing on said Petition, when and where all interested parties may appear and show cause, if any, why the prayer of the said Petition should not be granted.
